Within this session, we explore everything that makes up YOU. Your journey, your values, what you aim to achieve etc. There's so much. The environment will allow you to explore yourself, and we'll create a personal 'Coat of Arms', utilising an array of crafts and techniques.

Outliers, owned by our Wellbeing Verification Partner, Matt Lock and The Creative Wellbeing Company, owned by his amazing wife, Fiona Lock, have partnered up to bring you something pretty damn special. It's a match made in heaven and marries essential wellbeing topics with inclusive creative activities.
