A quick run through what’s landed and what’s coming in your Committed Employer partnership.
Includability Academy
Our learning platform at incademy.co.uk is coming together, and four Expert courses are now complete: Everyday Pride with Saski, Neurodiversity in the Workplace with Kate La Trobe, Mental Health Awareness at Work with Matthew Holman and Simpila Wellbeing, and Good Leadership and Great Governance with Will Cleare. Your Academy account comes with some free content and Committed Employer discounts. Courses are charged per user per course.

JEDI Toolkit
Launching this month on the Academy. JEDI stands for Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. B Corp Standards V2 made it a scored requirement with evidence behind it, and the toolkit is the route through it. The work stands on its own for organisations that aren’t B Corps.
There are Thirteen sections, each with a guidance document and a video, linked to the JEDI criteria it supports. Start wherever your gaps are. The plans, data, policies and trackers you produce along the way become your evidence.

If your Cultural Roadmap included a JEDI Gap Analysis, the toolkit is how you close those gaps. It costs £999 plus VAT, or £650 plus VAT for Committed Employers.

Insight Self-ID Surveys
Confidential, voluntary Self-ID surveys that give you the workforce data behind your inclusion work, your board reporting and, for B Corps, your JEDI evidence. There are three options, from data collection through to full strategic reporting with JEDI-aligned recommendations. The surveys collect no names and no email addresses, and the raw data is analysed outside your organisation.

Burnout Awareness First Aiders: Cohort 3
Cohort 2 is underway and runs to November. Cohort 3 is next, and you can register your interest now. Two places a year are included in your partnership, and additional places are £99 plus VAT.
The training is about building resilience within teams: spotting the early signs and supporting the people around you before pressure builds.
What’s included:
↳ Four live sessions with Katie Maycock, burnout and wellbeing specialist
↳ Sessions 1 and 2: understanding burnout, including from a personal point of view
↳ Sessions 3 and 4: building resilience in teams and the signs to look out for
↳ Access to the BAFA Hub, with recordings, workbooks and resources
It’s for anyone who manages a team, leads people, or wants to be the person their colleagues can lean on.
