NEW ON THE INCLUDABILITY ACADEMY
Intent in.
Evidence out.
The JEDI Inclusion Toolkit turns the inclusion work you mean to do into plans, policies and data you can put in front of your board, your people or B Lab.
You already know what good inclusion looks like.
Most organisations do. The intent is there, the values are written down and someone has been asked to make it happen. What's usually missing is a structure for how to do the work: what to do first, what each piece produces and where the proof sits when somebody asks to see it.
That's where good intentions stall.
Questions are getting more focused
Boards, candidates and clients want to see what changed, not what was promised. A policy on the shared drive doesn't answer that.
Inclusion sits on top of the day job
The person leading inclusion is often doing it alongside a full-time role, with no time to build every plan and template from a blank page.
Work happens, the evidence doesn't.
Good things get done, then live in inboxes and meeting notes. When someone asks for proof, it takes weeks to pull together.
Structure & Support fixes all three.
The JEDI Inclusion Toolkit
Thirteen self-paced modules on the Includability Academy that take you from intent to evidence. Each one explains what to do, supports you while you do it and gives you the template. When you finish a module, you're holding something real: a plan, a policy, a set of data.
There's no write-up at the end. Your plans, policies and data are the outputs and the evidence.
JEDI is Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

Questions people ask
We've worked in inclusion and workplace culture for more than six years, shaping culture with some of the biggest and best-known organisations in the UK through our Cultural Roadmap and support services. Our three directors each have more than 30 years in the sector and have helped develop toolkits for some of the world's most recognisable brands, including sporting organisations and associations.
Their experience covers HR, diversity and inclusion, leadership and governance, mental health and wellbeing, talent management and recruitment, inclusive marketing and communications, and digital accessibility.
We know B Corp from the inside too: our directors have been through the process three times with two different businesses, Includability is a certified B Corp, and our team are currently working towards becoming B Leaders and consultants.
