Not only are we thrilled to have you with us but we would love as many of your team as you wish to become Digital Company Advocates (DCA’s), to help celebrate your business!Think of it as a social media platform where your DCA’s can upload photos, videos and cool updates around all the exciting things (and everyday bits!!) that happen at work – it’s a wonderful insight for any prospective jobseeker as to your workplace culture.Through our partnership with The Ambassador Platform we are here to support your DCA’s all the way – we hope the step by step guide below will help but any questions then please do drop us a message at: hello@includability.co.uk
Step 01 – Creating Your DCA ProfileAny member of your company wishing to become a DCA can do so! Simply begin by watching this little two minute intro video from Dave, our Customer Success Director:
Once this is done, you can head to the App/Play Store on your phone where you can download ‘The Ambassador Platform’ and create your own account by entering the codefbyxunYou can then build your Ambassador profile using the onscreen instructions on the app – again if you have any difficulties then don’t hesitate to let us know. As a nice shiny example, here’s a lovely DCA profile we made earlier of our Communications Manager, Chris. Doesn’t he look dapper?
Your profile is really important - it sits alongside any content and FAQs you create on our platform and will be the first thing a job seeker is likely to see. With that in mind, please take the time to fill it in accurately. Your profile, biography and photo can be updated at any time and as often as you like - keep them fresh! You can also customise the default holding message that is sent to a job seeker when they start a chat with you - another chance to be really personal and approachable.
Step 02 - Submitting Content
When creating content, you can either capture new images within The Ambassador Platform app or pull them from your camera roll. It’s certainly worth thinking about what content you would love to see as a job seeker and share your experiences through photos and video. A great first piece of content for you to create is to record a short (30-60 seconds) video of yourself (be brave!!). Say who you are, what your role is, what you like about your company/role and maybe some suggestions for what job seekers might like to chat to you about.
Step 03 - Sharing your DCA profile
To find your profile URL, navigate to the TAP Feed on the Includability website, which you can find under ‘Job Seekers’, click on your profile card and “Copy profile link”:
You can share your profile's URL on your own social media channels such as LinkedIn. You could of course always update your email signature to include your profile URL as well. Once your profile has been activated (we’ll take care of that for you), you can see it as well as any content you create just here. And always remember that in any chat conversation, you can invite one, or many, other DCAs to join you - and you can invite the Includability Admin team to join too. We’re always here to support you. We can’t wait to see the content you create and we’re just a virtual cuppa away if there are any worries ☕️Thank you so much and we are thrilled to have you here with us at Includability!
