Includability is delighted to welcome SIC as an Official Partner for 2022.

SIC have developed a community business centre and are bringing together businesses, leaders and managers who recognise the potential of disabled talent and developing an inclusive workplace culture - but who don’t necessarily know where to start, or how to apply it.
The SIC business centre will provide resources and consultation to its members line up of with topics such as inclusive hiring practices, disability pride, inclusive marketing, and team building, disseminating current research to collecting employee data safely will be discussed.
The business centre will support: Recruiters who recognise that access and inclusion is key to their hiring goals; Supporting managers who want to make the most out of their team; D&I leaders who have race and gender covered but recognise their gaps in disability, and how important it is to start including disability in the conversation; Founders who want to build a business for the future, and know that person-centred culture is the way, but not necessarily how to get there; Facilitators who work solo, but work with their clients or serve customers and understand the importance of offering accessible and inclusive touch points.
What do SIC & Includability hope to achieve?
On working with Includability, Rachael Mole, Founder & Managing Director, SIC said:
As an organisation with a focus on disability in the workplace (which has been left out of the conversation around inclusion for so long), it's fantastic to be a part of an initiative that brings everything together with equal focus- disability, access, inclusion and sustainability. We're looking forward to partnering with Includability, holding employers to higher standards, and providing a space for job seekers to apply got jobs with the confidence that their employer is going to do and be better.

Our vision is to be the number one job platform of choice for employers and job seekers and to positively contribute towards a society that is free from discrimination will be achieved through clear communication, collaboration and decisive action.

Our Official Partners help to promote and champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Work collaboratively with the Includability community to promote best practice. Promote employee education and wellbeing and empower and encourage employees to join groups to build knowledge.
What makes Includability different to other inclusive workplace standards?
What makes us different from other community platforms and job boards is every employer advertising on the platform is independently verified using a 5-Star Verification process, or 6-Star Verification process for recruitment agencies, to ensure organisations are committed towards the areas of diversity and inclusion, environment and sustainability, mental health, wellbeing, and talent management.
Paul Smith, Founder of Includability, said:
As a community of like-minded people, we are proud to be partnered with SIC. Change must happen, action is not optional, it’s essential. Includability has been created predominantly out of frustration, but with a great deal of pride and hope. Hope that we can play a part in going some way to eliminating the fear of discrimination from a job seeker thought process, the hope that we can help organisations bridge their employee’s education gaps and build their knowledge, and by removing the competitive element from all of our partners, we passionately believe that best way to succeed is by working together, engaging, collaborating and inspiring each other. It’s time to stand up, speak out and be a game changer. If not now, when?
