Diving deep into impact, empathy, and action.

Today, we’re joined by the brilliant Hannah Keartland, impact strategist, change-maker, and someone who knows that business can and should be a force for good.

Hannah’s work focuses on helping organisations reduce harm and increase positive impact—for people and planet.

And her take on allyship? It starts with something simple but powerful:

Listen.

Put yourself in someone else’s shoes.

Talk to them.

Understand their lived experience with an open mind.

Because until we do that, we can’t truly understand the impact we’re having.

Allyship isn’t passive. It’s intentional. And when we lead with empathy, we lead with impact.

What is Includability Week 2025

From the 1st to 7th of June 2025, we’re celebrating four years of Includability with something a little different.

This isn’t just a look back. It’s a bold step forward.

Includability Week is our chance to shine a spotlight on what really matters in the workplace and beyond:
Diversity. Inclusion. Mental health. Leadership. Purpose. Impact. Belonging.
And at the heart of it all—Allyship.

This year’s theme, Creating Allyship, is about more than awareness.
It’s about action.

We’ll be sharing a series of daily video messages from our community of experts. Each one sharing what allyship means to them and how we can all take practical steps to support our LGBTQIA+, neurodiverse, and marginalised colleagues and communities.

Because allyship isn’t a label.
It’s not something you are.
It’s something you become—with the right support, space, and spark.

What to expect during Includability Week:

  • Real stories from real people with lived experience
  • Fresh perspectives on leadership and talent management
  • Practical advice for creating more inclusive and mentally healthy workplaces
  • Insight into the values behind the B Corp movement
  • Opportunities to engage and share what allyship means to you

Whether you're just starting your journey or you're already an active voice for change, this week is for you.

🎤 Got a voice, story, or insight to share?
Drop us a message at hello@includability.co.uk—we’d love to feature your voice.

Let’s celebrate four years of community, courage, and commitment by showing what real allyship looks like when it counts.

Because Includability isn’t a moment. It’s a thousand random acts of courage, kindness, and support—led by example.

What is Includability?

Includability is a community-powered platform built to support and celebrate organisations that are committed to creating inclusive, mentally healthy, and environmentally responsible workplaces.

We bring together purpose-led businesses, experts, and individuals who believe that people and planet matter just as much as profit.

Through a mix of certification, events, expert support, training, and community engagement, we help employers embed meaningful change across:

  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Mental Health & Wellbeing
  • Sustainability & Impact
  • Leadership & Governance
  • Inclusive Talent Management

Includability is for those who don’t just want to tick boxes—they want to create real impact.

Whether you’re an individual looking to connect, a company ready to do better, or a changemaker with something to share—there’s a space for you here.

We’re here to support your journey.
Because we believe better workplaces create a better world. Join the Community
