This month we’re bringing together three people who are deeply embedded in the real world of leadership, inclusion, and people work.

Here’s who you’ll be spending the hour with:

↳ Pippa Dennitts – Includability Partner Expert
Former HR Director turned trusted adviser to SME owners and directors. Pippa works with leaders who are capable, committed, and carrying a lot, helping them regain clarity, authority, and control under pressure. Strengths-based, honest, and hugely grounding.

↳ Kate La Trobe – Includability Partner Expert
Founder, consultant, and lived-experience advocate supporting neurodivergent children, adults, families, and organisations across the UK, US, and South Africa. Kate’s work is about building systems that work with neurodivergent brains, not against them.

↳ Will Cleare – Includability Verification Partner
Principal Consultant at The HR Agency. Will partners with business owners and senior leaders to guide people decisions with confidence and care. Purpose-led, practical, and focused on helping organisations move forward without the noise.
