B Corp is a commitment. Includability proves it.
You have made the commitment. You believe in it. But translating that commitment into structured, evidenced, board-ready strategy - especially as JEDI2 requirements evolve - is where the gap opens up for most B Corps.
That is exactly where we come in.
Trusted by B Corps including Tyler Grange, Danone, Peak PEO and Lucky Saint, PayCaptain...

You have made the promise. Now show the progress.
B Corp organisations are not careless or uncommitted. They are doing the work. But doing the work and being able to evidence it, structure it and have it hold up to increasing scrutiny are very different things.
That gap is widening and the bar at recertification is rising.
What most B Corps already have
What's harder to show:
What Includability
delivers for B Corps
Independent expert lens
Six expert partner calls, one per pillar, with practitioners who work in that field every day.
No internal bias, no vested interest. Just honest, experienced conversation that helps you see clearly where you are across inclusion, governance, sustainability and the rest.
The kind of view your internal team cannot give you because they are too close to it.
JEDI2-aligned workforce data
Confidential, voluntary self-ID surveys aligned to UK protected characteristics.
Representation insight by seniority, department and function. Participation and disclosure rate analysis. Identification of underrepresentation, gaps and barriers to inclusion.
Board-ready reporting with clear next steps. This is what Includability Insight delivers.
(available as an add-on to Committed Employer or as a standalone product)
Board-ready evidence
Your cultural roadmap maps performance across all six pillars, with identified challenges, prioritised recommendations and clear next steps your leadership can present with confidence.
At recertification, this is not a scramble to gather evidence. It is a confirmation of ongoing, structured progress.
Ongoing strategy support
B Corp certification is not a moment. It is a continuous commitment.
Includability keeps you connected, accountable and moving forward between cycles, through monthly Community Support Groups, direct access to expert partners, the JEDI Toolkit launching in 2026, and a community of fellow purpose-led organisations who understand the journey.
What is JEDI2 and why does it matter now?
JEDI stands for Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. JEDI2 is the updated B Corp standard that sets out specific requirements for how certified organisations approach workforce representation, data collection, governance and action planning across inclusion.
As B Corp standards evolve, JEDI2 has become one of the most substantive and demanding parts of the recertification process. It is no longer enough to demonstrate intent or point to a DEI policy. Assessors now expect structured data, evidence of action and board-level accountability.
For many B Corps, particularly those who certified before the standards changed, JEDI2 represents a genuine gap between where they are and what is now required. Not because they have not been doing the work, but because the work has not been structured, evidenced and reported in the way assessors now look for.
What JEDI2 expects
Workforce data collection aligned to protected characteristics
Representation insight by seniority, department and function
Evidence of underrepresentation and disclosure risk analysis
Action planning linked to data and stakeholder feedback
Board-level accountability for JEDI commitments
Public communication of JEDI progress
Ongoing review and updating of policies through a JEDI lens
Includability is built to help you meet every one of these requirements, not as a checklist exercise, but as a genuine, structured part of how your organisation operates.

The same structured process. Built for B Corps.
Every Committed Employer moves through the same three steps.
For B Corps, the process maps directly to JEDI2 requirements at every stage, so the output is not just a cultural roadmap, but a structured evidence base for recertification.
Company Support Survey
Understand where you are
You join as a Committed Employer and complete the Company Support Survey - 45+ questions across all six pillars.
It is designed to be straightforward and takes most teams less than half an hour.
It gives us a structured baseline of where you are and what you are doing before your expert partner calls begin.
This is not a test. there are no wrong answers. The survey is the starting point for a structured conversation, not a scoring exercise.
Expert Partner Calls
A genuine expert view across every pillar
Six expert partner calls - one per pillar, each around 30 to 45 minutes.
Your sustainability expert understands B Corp inside out.
Your DEI expert knows JEDI2 requirements in detail.
Your leadership and governance expert will examine board accountability in the way assessors now look for it.
Together, the six calls give you an honest, independent picture of where you are, pillar by pillar.
Cultural Roadmap
A direction the board can act on
Your cultural roadmap is board-ready and JEDI2-aware.
It covers your current position across all six pillars, identified gaps, prioritised recommendations and clear next steps.
At recertification, this is not a report produced in a hurry.
It is the evidence of an ongoing, structured commitment that your assessors can follow.
Six pillars. Six independent experts.
One clear direction
These are not arbitrary categories. They represent the full landscape of what makes a workplace genuinely perform. Each pillar has its own dedicated expert, someone who works specifically in that field every day.
For the people in those roles, speaking to a genuine peer who understands their world is often the most valuable part of the whole process.

Justice, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Representation, belonging, inclusive hiring, equity and ERG strategy.
Your expert partner call on DEI will cover where your organisation sits on representation and belonging, what your inclusive hiring practices actually look like in practice, and where the gaps are between your stated values and your employees' lived experience.
Sustainability and Impact
Environmental responsibility, B Corp alignment, ESG evidence and community impact.
For many organisations, sustainability sits in a separate team with limited connection to people strategy. Your expert will explore how sustainability and impact are embedded across the business, what your ESG evidence base looks like, and how your approach maps to B Corp and JEDI requirements if relevant.
Leadership and Governance
Board accountability, culture from the top, governance structures and leadership behaviours.
Culture is set from the top. Your leadership and governance call will examine how accountability for people, culture and ethics sits at board level, whether governance structures reflect the values the organisation promotes, and where the gaps between leadership intent and organisational reality are.
Wellbeing
Physical, financial and social wellbeing — beyond awareness days and EAPs.
Wellbeing is broader than most organisations realise. Your expert partner call will examine the full picture — physical, financial and social — and help you understand whether your current provision is reactive or genuinely preventative.
Mental Health
Prevention-focused strategy, psychological safety, manager capability and burnout risk.
Your mental health expert will look beyond awareness days and EAP provision to examine your organisation's approach to prevention, how equipped your managers are to have the right conversations, and where the systemic risks to psychological safety actually sit.
Talent Management
Recruitment, retention, development, succession and employer brand.
Talent management is where culture becomes visible to the outside world. Your expert will examine your approach to inclusive recruitment, how development and progression work in practice, where retention risk sits, and whether your employer brand genuinely reflects who you are as an organisation.

Ready to move from good intentions to clear strategy?
Fill in a few details and we will be in touch to arrange a call. No hard sell, no commitment - just an honest conversation about where you are and whether Includability is the right fit.
Common questions from B Corps.
We have just done our B Corp assessment. Is it too soon to think about Includability?
It is actually the right moment. You know exactly where your gaps are. Includability helps you build the strategy to close them - with the independent evidence and structured approach your next assessment will require. Starting now means you are building progress, not scrambling for it later.
We are not due for recertification for two years. Is this relevant to us now?
Yes - and the two years matters more than you might think. The organisations that find recertification straightforward are the ones that treated it as an ongoing commitment rather than a deadline. Starting now means your cultural roadmap, your workforce data and your JEDI2 evidence are built progressively, not assembled at the last minute.
We already have a DEI strategy and sustainability programme. Do we still need this?
Having both is a great starting point. What Includability adds is an independent, structured view of how they are working in practice across all six pillars — not just inclusion and sustainability in isolation. Most B Corps find the expert partner calls surface things their internal reviews miss, and the cultural roadmap connects the work in a way that holds up to assessor scrutiny.
What specifically does Includability cover that maps to JEDI2?
The expert partner calls cover all six pillars — including the governance, leadership accountability, workforce representation and inclusion evidence that JEDI2 assessors examine in detail. Includability Insight provides the structured self-ID workforce data JEDI2 requires. The cultural roadmap gives you the documented, board-ready evidence base. And ongoing community support keeps you moving between cycles.
How is this different from working with a B Corp consultant?
A B Corp consultant typically focuses on the certification process, helping you score points and prepare documentation. Includability focuses on the underlying culture, strategy and evidence base that makes certification meaningful and recertification straightforward. It is broader, independent across six pillars, significantly less expensive, and it keeps supporting you after the roadmap is delivered.
We are a small B Corp. Is this built for organisations our size?
Yes. Includability works for B Corps of all sizes - from micro organisations to large employers. The expert partner calls are calibrated to where you actually are. Includability Insight has a tier designed for organisations up to 20 people. And pricing starts from £1,495 per year - a fraction of what separate specialist consultants would cost.
