We are Mintago, a team of finance and wellbeing enthusiasts, working on changing the world of pensions and personal finance for both employers and employees.
Many Mintagoers have experienced first hand the impact of financial stress on their lives and are committed to helping companies and workers make the best of their financial status. Pension wellbeing means securing the future of both employers and employees.
To that end, we created Mintago, an unbiased financial platform that empowers employees to improve their pension wellbeing while helping businesses save on their workplace pension tax bill. Through our Pension Dashboard, Pension Hunter, engaging communications and behavioural nudges, we encourage employees to further engage with their pension and boost their pension contributions.
We are a tech business but it’s really a people business. We care and are really excited about what we do for the world. We also look after each other. We have a great culture of working hard together while having fun. The founder and CEO, Chieu Cao, is also the co-founder of another successful business called Perkbox. We have a great team with the experience to make a big difference.
