Discovering B1G1

Laura Slack's journey with B1G1 began in 2021 when she first encountered Paul Dunn, Co-Founder of B1G1, during an Includability Employer Support Group (ESG) session. While she had heard of B1G1 before, it wasn't until Paul's appearance on the ESG again in March 2024 that Laura felt compelled to dive deeper into how her business could create impacts too.

What appealed most to Laura about B1G1 was the connection aspect of the contributions. The setup of this impact model, coupled with the connection to specific actions through contributions, resonated deeply with Laura's values.
