What is the process for becoming an Includability Certified Employer?
The process was independently conducted by Includability Official Partners; Prosperah, Outliers Wellbeing, Flex Wellbeing, Unleashed, and Mental Health Charter CIC to ensure practices align with established definitions of an ‘Inclusive Workplace’.

On working with Includability, Dominic Offer, Director of Sustainability and Business Development at Bristol Global Mobility said:
“Includability has a way of engaging with its members and it has a way of portraying a message. It's quite difficult sometimes to get out there into the public and instead of going right, we want to control everything Includability takes a completely different stance and it's refreshing to see. Insisting the need that the 5-Star Verification process is done independently by the people who know about these things adds to the credit of it and for me, that was really important. We've gone through that process and we're really lucky to be a 5-Star Verified Includability member, which is an honour as well. That was a massive attraction; it's not about just talking the talk; it's about walking the walk.”
Paul Smith, Founder of Includability, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Bristol Global Mobility into our Includability Community. It’s great that they were committed to working with our Verification Partners to obtain Includability Committed Employer status. By achieving this, Bristol Global Mobility has displayed excellent intentions and transparency. Completing our verification process means they are now part of a growing community of like-minded organisations that will support each other to share best practice, overcome obstacles, empower employees and work collaboratively to create an inclusive culture. I am very excited that we will be taking this journey together.”
