Six pillar categories, the Spirit Award and an online ceremony on Wednesday 25 November

The Includability Committed Employer Awards are back for 2026 – celebrating the organisations and individuals leading the way in building inclusive, sustainable, mentally healthy workplaces.
Nominations for the 2026 Includability Awards are open until 12pm on Friday 30 October, and the online ceremony takes place at 10.30am on Wednesday 25 November. The awards recognise organisations building inclusive, sustainable and mentally healthy workplace cultures, and the people leading that work inside them.
What are the Includability Awards?
The Includability Awards are annual awards from Includability | B Corp that recognise employers for their work on workplace culture across six pillars: Diversity and Inclusion, Mental Health, Wellbeing, Sustainability and Impact, Talent Management, and Leadership and Governance.
Six categories are open to Includability Committed Employers. A seventh, the Includability Spirit Award, is open to organisations outside the Includability community.
These awards aren’t just about recognition – they’re about shining a light on the people and companies showing that doing the right thing is also the best way to do business.
Categories for the 2026 Includability Awards
This year’s awards will once again highlight the pillars of the Includability framework:

Where Includability fits
The six award categories follow the same six pillars we use to build Cultural Roadmaps for Committed Employers. Each roadmap brings independent Partner Expert conversations, the organisation's own data and a Company Support Survey together into one board-ready strategy.
Committed Employers then stay connected through monthly Community Support Groups, HIT sessions, the client portal and peer-to-peer support from other organisations doing the same work.

About Includability
Includability is a UK-wide B Corp that helps organisations build inclusive, evidenced workplace cultures. We work as a strategic partner to HR and People leaders, bringing together workforce data and lived experience to create a cultural roadmap that shows where you are, where you want to be and how you'll get there.
Targets matter, but they don't change culture on their own. A cultural roadmap gives you the evidence, the priorities and the plan to make progress that lasts, and the data to prove it to your board, your people and the people you want to hire.
Get in touch with the Includability team to find out how a cultural roadmap could work for your organisation.
