We’re so pleased to welcome Yard B Studios to the Includability community as a Committed Employer.
This isn’t your average creative studio. Yard B are storytellers, designers and filmmakers who believe creativity works best when it means something. They care about people, the planet and the projects they bring to life, and they’re proving that good design and good business go hand in hand.

Founded by Lewis Darby, Yard B Studios has always done things a little with purpose. They’ve built a team that values openness, kindness and support just as much as great ideas.
From giving time to community projects to building honest, people-first working practices, there’s a real sense of intention behind everything they do. It’s not about ticking boxes, it’s about creating an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel proud of what they’re part of.
