Includability Limited is a site focused on promoting jobs or employers. Everybody has their own unique set of ethics, values and beliefs. Includability Limited offer online recruitment advertising and selection services. We are not a traditional employment business, but clients may request us to assist in the promotion of vacancies.  We will use information supplied by you to facilitate the recruitment process and associated administrative functions. We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration or application forms and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using the Website in accordance with relevant data protection legislation. If you are searching for a job: At this time all Includability Limited Candidate services are free of charge. You may search and apply for jobs on our website at no charge. It is recommended that when applying for a job you check your suitability for the role advertised and the identity of the employer. We do not guarantee that by subscribing to a profile you will secure a job. This is simply a tool that will enhance your visibility to employers and enable you to apply to jobs by email. We recommend that as well as our Privacy Policy, you read our guidance on staying safe when recruiting online found on our candidate page.

If you are advertising or searching for staff: If you are using our services for recruitment, you are responsible for checking the identity and eligibility of candidates in terms of the legal requirements and the skills, education and experience you require. All prospective employers and clients utilising our services agree to the terms of our recruiter site. If you request any bespoke consultancy work, you will be provided with terms for the specific work undertaken.

Transfer outside the EEA: Although we are focused on work opportunities in the UK. Personal information comprising your CV may be accessed through the includability.co.uk database by third parties outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). This could happen for instance if you apply for a vacancy where the employer is based, or has additional offices, outside the EEA.

Content Rights

The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities and career information and for employers seeking to recruit staff. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose.
