Who am I?
Hi there, my name is Cara Wheatley McGrain. I’m the Hay House author of Calm Your Gut, and the Founder of The Mindful Gut.
If you’re seeking a person to talk from the heart and gut of their lived experience -I’m your woman!
What do I do?
I’m an accredited Coach and Educator and I love inspiring conversations around great gut health. I work in Corporate and Educational settings to help you put gut health at the heart of what you do.
