JEDI INCLUSION TOOLKIT
Supporting Learning Management
Do you know who needs what training, and who has done it. A free training needs analysis and tracker that keeps every session, hour and capability gap in one place.
How does the Free inclusion training tracker work?
Supporting Learning Management is a free inclusion training needs analysis and training tracker template in the JEDI Inclusion Toolkit. It helps you work out what your people need to learn about diversity and inclusion, log who completed what, when and for how long, track capability gaps and keep a one-page evidence summary.
Who it's for
- HR, Learning and Development and People teams who organise training
- Managers who need to know their team is supported
- B Corp certification leads working on JEDI2.b
Why is inclusion training so hard to keep track of?
Inclusion training is often booked in response to a moment, such as a complaint or a new policy, rather than a clear view of what people need. Records end up spread across inboxes, learning platforms and spreadsheets, so answering who has done what becomes guesswork.
The same people attend every session while the gaps stay hidden, and the managers facing the hardest conversations can get the least support. When a board, a client or B Lab asks for evidence, it takes weeks to pull together.

Support
You can email us with questions as you work through any module, and you can book a call with the team to talk through how to get the most from the toolkit. If there's a template, tool or feature you'd like to see added, tell us. We build the toolkit around what the people using it need.
Questions we get asked
What is a training needs analysis for inclusion?
A simple check of what each team and role needs to know about inclusion, compared with what they already know, so training goes where the gaps are biggest.
How do you track diversity and inclusion training?
Keep one record of who completed what and when, linked to the gaps each session is meant to close. The JEDI Training Tracker does this in one template, so it works as an EDI training tracker for any employer.
Does the tracker work with any training provider?
Yes. You can log in-house sessions, external courses and Includability learning in the same tracker.
How does this module support B Corp JEDI2?
It supports JEDI2.b. Your training needs analysis, training log, hours by person and evidence summary show who has been trained, when and for how long.
Is this module free?
Yes. It is one of four free modules in the JEDI Inclusion Toolkit. Create an account on the Includability Academy and start straight away.
What support do we get?
You can email us with questions as you work through the module, and book a call with James and Dave to talk through getting the most from the toolkit.
Is this module a certification?
No. Includability does not assess, certify, accredit or verify anything. B Lab assesses and certifies B Corps. The module helps you do the work and gather the evidence.
Not sure which modules you need?
A Cultural Roadmap with a JEDI Gap Analysis shows you, so you start where your gaps are.
The Roadmap shows the gaps. The toolkit closes them and produces your evidence.
