The Includability Committed Employer Awards are back for 2025 – celebrating the organisations and individuals leading the way in building inclusive, sustainable, mentally healthy workplaces.
Over the past year, we’ve seen incredible examples of leadership, resilience and innovation from our Committed Employers. At the 2024 Awards, we celebrated organisations like WCG, who took home the Overall Committed Employer of the year award, and Holland & Barrett, PAPYRUS, Montagu Evans, and many more who were recognised for their outstanding work across mental health, sustainability, wellbeing, talent management, leadership & governance and ED&I.
These awards aren’t just about recognition – they’re about shining a light on the people and companies showing that doing the right thing is also the best way to do business.
Categories for the 2025 Includability Awards
This year’s awards will once again highlight the pillars of the Includability framework:
- Mental Health Award – for organisations putting employee mental health at the heart of their culture.
- Sustainability Award – celebrating those making a tangible environmental and social impact.
- Leadership & Governance Award – recognising values-led leadership and good governance.
- Talent Management Award – for inclusive, forward-thinking approaches to developing and supporting people.

- Wellbeing Award – for those creating environments that prioritise health and happiness.
- Community & Partnership Awards – recognising partnerships and community impact.

New for 2025 – The Spirit Award
This year, we’re opening the doors even wider with the brand-new Spirit Award. For the first time, this award is open to non-committed employers – any organisation that wants to showcase its passion, creativity, and drive to create more inclusive, sustainable, and mentally healthy workplaces.
