James Pravato
CEO and Co-Founder
James co-founded Includability after more than 15 years in digital design, brand strategy and accessibility, working across startups, SMEs and global organisations. He built Includability to solve a problem he kept seeing: organisations doing meaningful work on culture, with no real way to evidence it.
Includability is the result. A structured, expert-led system that helps organisations build genuine culture strategy and prove it. James also co-founded the Burnout Awareness Charter, focused on burnout prevention and psychological safety at work.

About James
I started Includability because I kept seeing the same thing: organisations that genuinely cared about their people, but had no clear way to show it. Not to their board, not to candidates, not even to themselves.
Having policies and running initiatives is not the same as having a strategy. Most HR and People leaders already know that. They just need something that helps them prove it, independently and clearly, in a way leadership can actually act on.
That's what Includability does. We're a structured, expert-led system that helps organisations move from good intentions to clear strategy across six areas: Diversity and Inclusion, Mental Health, Wellbeing, Sustainability, Talent Management and Leadership and Governance.
Six independent experts. Six structured conversations. One board-ready cultural roadmap. And then we stay, through the community, the platform, the academy and the partner network, because the work doesn't stop when the report lands.
Before Includability, I spent 15+ years in digital design, brand strategy and accessibility, working with everything from startups to global brands. I care about things that work beautifully and inclusively for everyone. That hasn't changed.
I also co-founded the Burnout Awareness Charter, a prevention-focused programme that helps organisations train burnout first aiders and build psychologically safer cultures before people reach crisis point.
Inclusion isn't a conscience purchase. It's a commercial advantage. The organisations that understand that attract better talent, keep them longer, and build cultures people actually want to be part of.
If you're working on this stuff, or trying to figure out where to start, drop me a message. Always happy to talk.
