Dave Holby-Wolinski BCA FRSA
Co-Founder and Sales and People Director
Dave co-founded both Includability and the Burnout Awareness Charter to help organisations do something most of them struggle with: turn genuine commitment to culture into structured, evidenced strategy. As Sales and People Director at Includability, he works closely with HR and People leaders to help them understand where they are and what to do next.
A B1G1 Ambassador and passionate fundraiser, Dave holds a Guinness World Record for indoor rowing, acquired through the kind of endurance challenge he has never quite managed to stop doing. Father of four.
About Dave
I co-founded Includability because organisations kept telling us they cared about their people, and I believed them. What they didn't have was a way to structure that, evidence it, or turn it into something the board could act on. That gap is where we exist.
As Sales and People Director, my job is to help HR Directors, People Leaders and EDI Leads figure out where they actually are, what matters next, and how Includability can help them get there. Not with a sales pitch. Just an honest conversation.
Includability is a structured, expert-led system that works across six pillars: Diversity and Inclusion, Mental Health, Wellbeing, Sustainability, Talent Management and Leadership and Governance. Six independent experts, six real conversations, one board-ready cultural roadmap. And a community that keeps organisations moving once the report is done.
I also co-founded the Burnout Awareness Charter with Katie Maycock and James Pravato, a prevention-focused programme that helps organisations train burnout first aiders and build cultures that catch people before they hit crisis point. It matters to us as much as Includability does.
Outside of that, I'm a B1G1 Ambassador, a long-time supporter of the Buddy Bag Foundation, and proud to be involved with a handful of other causes that matter to me. I am also a Guinness World Record holder for indoor rowing, which came from a fundraising challenge that seemed like a good idea at the time and got slightly out of hand.
There have been other ridiculous endurance challenges since. There will probably be more.
Father of four. Genuinely believe work should be better for everyone. If you're working on that too, let's talk.
