Includability, Championing Inclusive, Sustainable and Purpose-Led Workplaces

The 3rd Annual Includability Awards have officially wrapped, and what a morning it was. High performance. Huge heart. Zero fake tan. And a whole lot of purpose fuelled celebration across our phenomenal Includability Collective.

This year brought fifteen awards across people, culture, mental health, sustainability, leadership, equity, community and impact. Every finalist and nominee represented a purpose led organisation that is building workplaces where people belong, grow and thrive. Organisations that are proving, every single day, that inclusion, sustainability and wellbeing cannot sit in the nice to have category any longer. They are a commercial necessity.

To every organisation involved over the past 12 months, thank you. You have driven extraordinary progress and made our verification, events and community work a genuine joy. You are building better workplaces faster, and you are the reason this collective is going from strength to strength.

As the workplace landscape continues to evolve, organisations are waking up to a clear truth.
Working with Includability isn’t a conscience purchase.
It’s a commercial decision.

It’s more cost effective, faster and lower risk to work with us than to continue patchworking systems, consultants and schemes together.

With Includability you get:
• One verification that replaces 6 to 10 separate audits
• A clear 24 month HR and culture roadmap, built by experts
• Evidence you can show your board, auditors, regulators, candidates and investors
• A community that accelerates progress and removes the guesswork

We help organisations become better places to work. Faster.
And in 2026, we’re taking that mission even further.

Congratulations to all of our winners, nominees and community members

You have created extraordinary impact in 2024 and 2025.
You’ve led with purpose.
You’ve redefined culture.
You’ve unlocked potential.
