Our outstanding Includability Committed Employers, Ella's Kitchen, recently hosted a remarkable event with our excellent Ambassador, Amy Polly, the Mindfulness Rebel, as part of their ongoing initiative to empower a happy and healthy team.

At Includability, we understand that unconscious bias can play a significant role in the recruitment process, often leading to less diverse and inclusive workforces. To tackle this issue, our team over at our sister agency, DiSRUPT Recruitment, have developed a training and technology process to reduce unconscious bias during interviews for clients.

Ella’s Kitchen have been making full use of their Includability Committed Employer and Official partner status as they make new connections within our community to improve their business.

Includability Ambassador shines as in Forestry Commission’s staff network lunch and learn talk during Neurodiversity Celebration Week after impressing our Includability Committed Employer at our ESG.

It’s B Corp month again and we love celebrating B Corps at Includability! They provide such friendly expertise and contribute so positively to our community so that others can become a B Corp too. They are also willing to learn beyond the confines of the B Impact Assessment to become more inclusive, sustainable and mentally healthy workplaces.
